Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This blissbabywmt.com Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") governs your use of the blissbabywmt.com website (the "Website"), which is owned and operated by Dimples Bath Co. LLC (d/b/a Bliss Baby and collectively, "Bliss Baby", "we", "us" or "our"). We created this Privacy Policy so you understand what information is collected when you visit the Website, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

The Website is an advertising page for Bliss Baby products. It is not Walmart.com and is not owned or operated by Walmart Inc. No purchases take place on the Website; the products shown link to product pages on Walmart.com, where any purchase is governed by Walmart's own terms and privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy is a part of and is incorporated into our blissbabywmt.com Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Website, you accept and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.

1. Information We Collect

The Website does not ask you to create an account, fill out a form, or provide your name, email address, phone number, payment details or any other information that directly identifies you, and we do not knowingly collect that information through the Website.

When you visit the Website, we and the third parties we work with automatically collect certain information from your browser or device using cookies, pixels and similar tracking technologies, and through standard web server logs. This information may include your IP address, the general geographic area inferred from your IP address, your device and browser type, your operating system, the website or advertisement that referred you, the pages you view, and the links you click, including outbound clicks to product pages on Walmart.com. Some of this information may be considered personal information under certain state laws.

2. Meta Pixel, Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website uses the Meta Pixel, an analytics and advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"). The Meta Pixel sets cookies and collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view and the product links you click, together with identifiers that Meta may associate with your Meta account if you have one. We use this information to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), to build audiences for our advertising, and to show you ads for Bliss Baby products that may interest you. Information collected through the Meta Pixel is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, request time and pages requested) that help us operate and secure the Website.

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when a cookie is being sent, and you can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate, secure and improve the Website; to measure and improve the performance of our advertising; to build and reach advertising audiences on Meta platforms; to understand how visitors use the Website; to detect, investigate and prevent malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity; and to comply with our legal obligations and to exercise, assert or defend our legal rights.

4. How Information Is Shared

We share the information described above with: (i) Meta, in connection with the Meta Pixel and our advertising, as described in Section 2; (ii) service providers that help us operate the Website, such as our hosting provider, which may use the information only to provide services to us; (iii) law enforcement, government authorities or other third parties where we believe disclosure is required by law or appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Bliss Baby, our users or others; and (iv) a successor entity in the event of a transfer of ownership of Bliss Baby, merger, sale, corporate restructuring, bankruptcy or other similar transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising cookies and pixels such as the Meta Pixel may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California and certain other state laws. Section 5 describes how to opt out.

The Website links to product pages on Walmart.com. Once you leave the Website, Walmart's privacy policy governs any information Walmart collects. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website and does not address the practices of Walmart, Meta or any other third party, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit.

5. Your Advertising Choices

You can limit or opt out of the advertising tracking described in this Privacy Policy in several ways: adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies; manage how Meta uses your information for ads through your Meta Ad Preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences; use the industry opt-out tools available at aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org; or email us at customercare@helloblissbaby.com and ask us to treat your information as opted out of "sale" or "sharing" to the extent required by applicable state law. Blocking or deleting cookies will not prevent you from using the Website.

6. Do Not Track

The Website does not currently recognize or respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers. For more information about Do Not Track, please visit allaboutdnt.com.

7. Protection for Children

The Website markets baby care products to adult purchasers. It is not intended for or directed to users under the age of 18, and we have no intention of collecting personal information from children (i.e., individuals under the age of 16). If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal information to us through the Website, we will delete the information from our records.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain the limited information collected through the Website for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Information collected by Meta is retained under Meta's own policies. We maintain reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to help protect the information we handle. Please note that no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or through the Website.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.

Categories collected. In the preceding 12 months, the Website has collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as IP address and online identifiers set by cookies and pixels); internet or other electronic network activity information (such as the pages you view and the links you click on the Website); and general geolocation information inferred from your IP address. Our sources for this information are your browser or device and the advertising and analytics partners described in this Privacy Policy. Our business purposes for collecting it are described in Section 3, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared are described in Section 4.

Right to Know. You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, the categories of sources, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.

Right to Delete and Right to Correct. You may request that we delete or correct personal information we have collected from you, subject to exceptions permitted by law. Because the Website does not collect information that directly identifies you, we may be unable to associate pixel or server log data with you specifically.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent our use of advertising cookies and pixels is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law, you may opt out using the methods described in Section 5, including by emailing customercare@helloblissbaby.com.

Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under California privacy laws.

Submitting Requests. To exercise any of these rights, please email customercare@helloblissbaby.com. Depending on the nature of your request, we may need to verify your identity before taking action. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides written proof of authorization to act for you. We endeavor to respond to requests within 45 days; if we require additional time, we will let you know and may take up to 90 total days.

Shine the Light. California residents may request a notice describing how personal information is shared with third parties for those parties' direct marketing purposes by contacting us at customercare@helloblissbaby.com.

10. Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of certain covered personally identifiable information, as those terms are defined under applicable Nevada law. We do not sell covered information as defined by that law. Nevada residents may submit questions or opt-out requests to customercare@helloblissbaby.com.

11. Residents of Other States

Residents of certain other states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia, may have similar rights under their state's law to access, delete or correct personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any right available to you under the law of your state, please email customercare@helloblissbaby.com and we will evaluate the request and take action where we are required to do so.

12. Processing in the United States

Bliss Baby is located in the United States and the Website is intended for visitors in the United States. Information collected through the Website is processed and stored in the United States. This Privacy Policy and our legal obligations are subject to the laws of the State of New York and the USA, regardless of the location of any user.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
